Returns Advice

REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return items with the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned minus postage costs. 

Returns Costs are the resposibility of the customer and should be insured by the customer (Recorded or Special Delivery are recommended).

Upon reciept of returned items they will be inspected as above and if a replacement is not sought a refund will be processed.  

All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should there be a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period Hoylake golf store.co.uk will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation. If you should need to return an item contact enquiries@hoylakegolfstore.co.uk by e-mail and inform them of the pending return. A Returned Goods Code (Order Number) will be need for this email this is the number found on your invoice.

Returned items MUST have the Returned Goods Code written on the box of the returned item. Without agreement from Hoylake golf store return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

We recommend that the returned items are insured when shipped. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
